Return Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the original delivery date.
- Please note that our return policy may be extended during the holiday shopping season.
Condition of Return Items
- All returned products must be in their original packaging.
- Returns will not be processed unless we receive the product in its original packaging and in new or like-new condition.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
- Damage that occurs to a product after it is in your possession does not qualify as a defect and is not our responsibility.
- All return shipments must be prepaid; we do not accept C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) or similar shipping methods. Any packages shipped C.O.D. will be rejected upon delivery and returned to the customer.
- Please be aware that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Purchases from Distributors or other Vendors
If you purchased your product from one of our distributors or vendors, please contact them directly for return and refund inquiries. Our return policy applies only to purchases made directly through the ATLI Online Store.
Initiate a Return
1. Contact Customer Service: To initiate a return, please email us at service@atliview.com with the following details:

2. Prepare the Package: Once your return is authorised, we will send you address for shipping the return. Please pack the items securely with all original packaging and accessories included. Ensure that the package is well-protected to avoid damage during shipping.
3. Ship the Return: Send your item back using a carrier that provides tracking services.
Important: Please do not use the product's original packaging as the shipping container. Instead, pack the items in their original packaging and place them inside a larger, separate shipping container to prevent damage.
After the Return is Processed
Once we receive your return, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your return and issue any refunds.
