Shipping Processing
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping.
After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a tracking number with which you can keep an eye on your package and see the remaining shipping time.
*Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Address changes
If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email with the new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore.
Shipping Method, Costs, and Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the destination of the item.
*Please note that the delivery times can be extended in case your order is placed during busy periods such as near Christmas or Thanksgiving.
Package Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit
If you have a suspicion of your package being lost or missing while in transit, please contact us by email at service@atliview.com. We will contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.
If your package has indeed gone missing, we will send you a new one free of charge or send you a full refund.
If your package has arrived damaged, please contact us, and will provide a replacement or refund.
Return and Refund
ATLI will accept returns due to a change of mind as long as the request is received by us within 15 days of you receiving the item. Please visit our Return Policy for further information.
