Q: Is the camera locked to a specific carrier?
A: No, the ATL4500G is fully unlocked. You can use any local carrier's Micro-SIM card with a data plan, giving you the flexibility to choose the best coverage and rates in your area.

Q: Can it record without Wi-Fi or 4G?
A: Absolutely. It can record offline and store images and videos directly to the included 512GB MicroSD card. You can download them later via the App.

Q: Can I upgrade the ATL4500 (Wi-Fi only) to support 4G LTE later?
A: No. The cellular module is built-in hardware that cannot be added post-purchase. If you need the flexibility to deploy in areas without Wi-Fi, we strongly recommend choosing the ATL4500G model.

Q: Can the camera run on its internal battery?
A: No. The internal battery is for emergency backup only (to prevent data loss during power outages). For continuous operation, you must use AC power or an external 12V power source (like a solar kit). Please contact us for solar panel recommendations.
