Purchases from Distributors or other Vendors
If you purchased your product from one of our distributors or vendors, please contact them directly for return and refund inquiries. Our return policy applies only to purchases made directly through the ATLI Online Store.
Initiate a Return

2. Prepare the Package: Once your return is authorised, we will send you address for shipping the return. Please pack the items securely with all original packaging and accessories included. Ensure that the package is well-protected to avoid damage during shipping.
3. Ship the Return: Send your item back using a carrier that provides tracking services.
Important: Please do not use the product's original packaging as the shipping container. Instead, pack the items in their original packaging and place them inside a larger, separate shipping container to prevent damage.
After the Return is Processed
Once we receive your return, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your return and issue any refunds.
