Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the original date of delivery. (Note: Return windows may be extended during specific holiday shopping seasons).

  • Direct Purchases Only: This policy applies exclusively to items purchased directly from the ATLI. If you purchased your product from a distributor, third-party vendor, or reseller, please contact them directly regarding their return policies.

  • Condition: Returns will not be processed unless the product is received in new or like-new condition with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories included.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping fees paid at the time of order are non-refundable.

  • No C.O.D.: All return shipments must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery). Any packages shipped C.O.D. will be rejected upon delivery and returned to you.

  • Defective Items: If you are returning a product because it arrived defective or incorrect, please refer to our Warranty. Damage that occurs to a product after it is in your possession (e.g., drops, spills) does not qualify as a defect.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Support To start a return, email us at service@atliview.com with the subject line "Return Request - [Your Order Number]". Please include:

  • A print or capture of your order information.

  • The serial number of the camera.

  • Clear photos of the items you wish to return (showing the condition of the device and packaging).

2. Prepare the Package Once your return is authorized, we will provide the return shipping address.

  • Pack Securely: Ensure all items (camera, cables, manuals) are inside the original retail box.

  • Protect the Retail Box: Do NOT use the product’s retail box as the shipping container. You must place the retail box inside a separate, larger shipping box with adequate padding to prevent damage.

  • Note: Returns received with shipping labels stuck directly to the retail box may be rejected.

3. Ship the Return Send your item back using a carrier that provides tracking services. We recommend retaining your tracking number until your refund has been processed, as we are not liable for lost return packages.

Refunds & Processing

Once we receive your return, please allow 1-2 business days for our team to inspect the condition of the items and process your return.

  • Confirmation: You will receive an email once the return is approved.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.
