Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the original delivery date.

All returned products must be in their original packaging.
Returns will not be processed unless we receive the product in its original packaging and in new or like-new condition.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
Damage that occurs to a product after it is in your possession does not qualify as a defect and is not our responsibility.
All return shipments must be prepaid; we do not accept C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) or similar shipping methods. Any packages shipped C.O.D. will be rejected upon delivery and returned to the customer.

- Picture of the Return Items

2. Prepare the Package: Once your return is authorised, we will send you address for shipping the return. Please pack the items securely with all original packaging and accessories included. Ensure that the package is well-protected to avoid damage during shipping.

3. Ship the Return: Send your item back using a carrier that provides tracking services.

Important: Please do not use the product's original packaging as the shipping container. Instead, pack the items in their original packaging and place them inside a larger, separate shipping container to prevent damage.

Once we receive your return, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your return and issue any refunds.

How do I reset my Wi-Fi router?

Step 1: Find the reset button on your router.
Step 2: While the router is powered on, press and hold the reset button for about 5-10 seconds.
Step 3: Release the reset button once you see the router’s lights start to flash or change, indicating that the router is restarting.
Step 4: Wait for the router to complete the reset process. This may take a few minutes.

Note: A hard reset will restore the router to its factory default settings, erasing all custom configurations, such as Wi-Fi network names (SSIDs), passwords, and other settings. You will need to reconfigure the router after the reset.

Wi-Fi is active, but there is no internet connection?

Ensure the indicator lights are on and check the status of the SIM card and network cable connections.

Is it compatible with IoT data cards?

No, it does not support roaming services, Virtual SIM Cards, or IoT SIM Cards.

Connected to power but the indicator lights are not responding?

Bright light may make the LED indicators less visible. Try reconnecting the power using the original adapter, and check the device status through the Wi-Fi list on your phone (look for a name like CPE-XXXX).
